There was a lot going on in Bremerhaven at the weekend! The city celebrated the return of Sail, one of Europe's largest maritime events, which has been taking place again since 2015 after a break due to the pandemic. Around 250 sailing ships filled the haven worlds with life and invited more than 100,000 windjammer lovers to enjoy the unique spectacle. Visitors could look forward to a breathtaking windjammer parade, an open ship and a magnificent final fireworks display including a spectacular drone show. It was a feast for the eyes and ears!
The Sail is held every five years, so the next edition is already planned for 2025. After an exciting weekend, the last ships were sent on their journey home on Monday. The anticipation for the next event is already underway!

And it wasn't just in Bremerhaven that things got hot - there was also exciting news in the music scene.
