Children enchant with space artwork at the family concert!
The view into space inspired the little ones from Neubrandenburg to create great works of art. On the occasion of the Nordkurier Symphony Orchestra's upcoming family concert, there will be a painting competition that stimulates children's imagination and promotes creativity. A total of 157 images were submitted, all of which had the theme “Off to space!” implement creatively. *Nordkurier* reports that the jury, which also included Katja Voigt from Nordkurier, took the trouble to carefully examine each individual work of art.
Five winners have already been notified and can look forward to a special honor during the children's concert. The event will be moderated by the popular Ki.Ka. star Juri Tetzlaff, which brings further shine to the event. Syrtive film music from science fiction classics such as *Star Wars* will also be performed, with the children's creative submissions also being displayed in the foyer of the concert church. The audience not only enjoys musical highlights, but also a visual celebration of creativity.
Creativity and community spirit
The jury was impressed by the variety of works of art submitted. The little artists depicted cosmonauts, rockets, jukeboxes and a variety of stars and planets. These creative contributions reflect the community spirit and the joy of creating art. In addition, winners of other prizes will receive these in the mail to give them the recognition they deserve.
A special highlight of the concert are the young dancers from the Neubrandenburg Dance Department. They perform with a choreography that was created to the film music by Kristin Rennack - the artistic director of the dance troupe. A total of 70 girls will present their skills during the family concert. The concert starts at 3:30 p.m. and promises to captivate young and old alike. The evening concert follows at 7 p.m.
