Last weekend, the PSV Neustrelitz volleyball team was able to celebrate a long-awaited victory. With a clear 3-0 against Moers, consisting of sets of 26:24, 26:24 and 25:15, the team finally found its way back to winning ways. After six games without a win, this triumph was not only overdue, but also crucial in order to stabilize in the 2nd Bundesliga Northern Courier reported.
Around 300 spectators were excited in the Strelitzhalle and saw an exciting basement duel in which both teams fought for every point. PSV coach Jesco Genzmer described the victory as absolutely deserved and highlighted the consistent points haul. The turn of the game was particularly remarkable: In the first set, PSV was temporarily behind 13:18, but was able to equalize and ultimately won 26:24. The exciting game continued in the second set, where the Neustrelitzers had a lead of 19:16, but lost ground briefly, but won the set again with 26:24.

Thanks to this decisive victory, PSV Neustrelitz climbed to tenth place in the table and now has a total of six points. The pressure on the team was enormous and the joy of the victory is growing. The team now has the motivation to continue working hard and tackle the next challenges.
