The main search is for information about an orange Ford Ranger that was seized on November 6, 2025. Investigators say the vehicle may be connected to Fabian's disappearance. The crucial time windows for clues are clearly defined: The Ford Ranger was on the road in Güstrow, specifically on Schweriner Strasse, between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on October 10th. In addition, the vehicle was active between 10:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. in the communities of Bülow, Gutow, Klein Upahl, Zehna and Lohmen before being spotted at Lake Großupahler until 3:00 p.m. The police are asking for information from residents and drivers with outdoor cameras who were driving at the time in question.
