The contemplative Christmas season is just around the corner, and preparations for the festive performances are already in full swing in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Next weekend, specifically on November 8th, the premiere of “The Devil with the Three Golden Hairs” will take place at the Volkstheater Rostock. The performance opens at 11 a.m. in the Big House. This is a captivating production that will captivate both children and adults. The poster motif comes from the young artist Anna Serafeimidi, who gives a first taste of the festive atmosphere with her creative flair. The rest of the season brings additional performances on November 22nd and in the last weeks of the year: December 5th, 14th and 21st and even December 26th. “King Drosselbart” will be performed at the Mecklenburg State Theater on November 9th and will be shown in 45 performances until December 26th. For fans of classics, Theater Vorpommern is bringing “The Wizard of Oz” to the stage from November 22nd to December 5th, complemented by the fairytale opera “Hansel and Gretel”. The Schauspielhaus Neubrandenburg also has a lot to offer: “The Little Prince” will be played here on November 14th and December 20th, while the tog also shows exciting plays such as “The Enchanted Brothers” and “Bübchen's Christmas Dream”.
