The Vorpommern-Greifswald Adult Education Center is bringing new impulses to the region: from February 26, 2026, two yoga courses will be offered in Pasewalk, which are aimed at anyone interested. These take place on Thursdays - the first course from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and the second from 5:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. The variety of yoga practice, from different postures to smooth movement sequences, is intended to help strengthen the body and promote mobility.
How Northern Courier notes, yoga not only aims at physical fitness, but also has positive effects on mental health. Not to be forgotten is the fun that the participants can have during the lessons. Diversity in the course offerings
However, the yoga program is only part of the extensive range of courses offered at the adult education center. On January 20th, two courses for “Fit for everyday life – whole body strengthening” will take place in Anklam, also every Tuesday. The VHS offers a wide range of exercise and relaxation courses, ranging from after-work yoga classes to spinal exercises.
