Ute Spohler, born in 1953, has lived in Zinnowitz for around 50 years. Her professional career is varied: she worked at the Peene shipyard and now works as a surveying technician for the water and wastewater association. She is also the chairwoman of the Zinnowitz Historical Society and has already written articles for regional newspapers and the NDR-Nordmagazin.
