An impressive 250,000 different vehicle components are stored here on an area equivalent to 55 football fields. With a warehouse area of 180,000 square meters and 400 employees, the company proves that it has a good knack for efficient processes.
The warehouse, which was completed in 2014 and expanded in 2020, ensures rapid deliveries. Around 120,000 parts are delivered to 230 locations every day, with some workshops receiving deliveries up to five times a day. The logistics center relies on the latest technologies and optimized processes. With 88 loading ramps and 12 kilometers of conveyor technology, the infrastructure is tailored to the needs of the market. The high storage area rises 40 meters in height and offers space for 54,000 pallets - 6,000 containers are moved there per hour. This guarantees rapid availability of the parts in demand. In cold weather, around 8,000 car batteries are used per day, which underlines the efficiency of the center.
