New coaching duo at MTV Almstedt: start to the successful season!
The second men's team at MTV Almstedt has a breath of fresh air in terms of sporting responsibility. Marek Höweling and Benjamin Rettstadt are the new coaches and are supposed to optimally prepare the team for the coming season. The previous interim coach Philipp Daft will be actively involved again and return to the squad. An exciting reorganization that should bring fresh impulses to the team.
Marek Höweling, a long-time top performer in the first men's team, will act as a playing coach. He brings with him valuable experience from previous coaching positions, for example with the women's team at SG Sehlem/Westfeld and the B youth team at JFV Süd. His colleague Benjamin Rettstadt is also a well-known face on MTV Almstedt. He not only has an eye on the second men's team, but is also well integrated as a long-standing member of the club.
Optimistic goals for the new season
The sporting management of MTV Almstedt is optimistic about the team's development under the new coaching team. The focus is on team spirit, successful collaboration and the ongoing development of the players. The goal is not only to promote the team athletically, but also to strengthen cohesion.
Given the current challenges in football, which have become increasingly complex in recent years, it is even more important to develop innovative club concepts. The experts at the DFB Academy report a need for problem awareness in order to address negative membership trends and enthusiasm for sports in the clubs. The implementation of new ideas not only requires competent employees, but also the involvement of all club members in order to promote identification and cohesion. These requirements are also of great importance for MTV Almstedt.
Club development in view
A forward-looking analysis of the club's situation is necessary in order to create future-oriented structures. This includes expanding offerings for sporting and non-sporting activities. These should offer exercise, health promotion and social contacts - an approach that also benefits MTV Almstedt. It is important that all existing potential is recognized and optimally used in order to sharpen the club's profile and create a distinctive offering.
The new coaches from the second men's team bring a fresh spirit and are well-adapted personalities to the club structure. MTV Almstedt is now looking forward to the upcoming challenges of the season with anticipation and optimism. All those involved are called upon to actively participate and contribute to this further development.
