New ultra-fast charging stations in Peine and Brühl: Now up to 300 km in 10 minutes!
Electromobility is continuing to advance in Germany, not least thanks to new initiatives such as that of Aral pulse. Today, on June 13, 2025, Aral pulse put seven new ultra-fast charging stations into operation - three in Peine (Lower Saxony) and four in Brühl (North Rhine-Westphalia). The charging capacity of the new columns is an impressive up to 300 kW. Depending on the vehicle, electric car drivers can use it to recharge for a range of up to 300 kilometers in just ten minutes. These fast charging options are available both at the Aral gas station at Schwarzer Weg 39 in Peine and at Kölnstrasse 272 in Brühl.
Both locations are conveniently located - Peine close to the B444 and A2, Brühl optimally connected to the regional road network. Aral has continuously expanded its public fast charging network since 2021 and now operates around 500 locations with over 3,500 charging points in Germany. The charging stations can be used easily via the Aral pulse app or a special charging card, although other payment methods are also available.
Increasing demand and quality
Aral pulse is enjoying increasing popularity and was awarded the grade “Very Good” in the Connect charging network test for the second time in a row in 2024 as the best fast charging provider in Germany. This positive development shows that Aral pulse not only focuses on quality, but also on customer service. A wide range of services are also available to users at the gas stations, including on-site staff, lighting, sanitary facilities and shopping options at REWE To Go.
Further proof of the appreciation that Aral pulse is gaining in e-mobility is its partnership with the ADAC. Aral pulse has been the official partner for the new ADAC e-charge charging tariff since August 2024, after the ADAC ended its collaboration with EnBW. This collaboration aims to convince both existing ADAC e-Charge users and new e-mobilists of the attractive charging offers. Details on the tariff conditions, which are based on the Aral tariffs, will be published soon.
Focus on the future and sustainability
The ADAC general meeting set an example for electromobility and climate protection under the motto "The full load of the future? Opportunities and risks of electromobility". ADAC President Christian Reinicke called for solutions to the current challenges of e-mobility and emphasized the importance of a comprehensive charging infrastructure.
The expansion of the infrastructure is crucial for the acceptance of e-mobility. Aral pulse has set itself the goal of establishing itself as the preferred point of contact for e-car drivers. Given the growing number of charging stations and the good service, they seem to be on a promising path. It will be exciting to see how electromobility will develop in the next few years and what role companies like Aral will play in it.
For all electric car drivers looking for fast, efficient charging options, the new charging stations in Peine and Brühl should be a welcome addition to their charging habits. More information and news can be found at Going Electric, Aral and Electrive.
