Konradfonds: 720,000 euros for charitable projects in Salzgitter!

Support for non-profit projects in Salzgitter is taking shape: the Konradfonds, an important funding body, released a generous 850,000 euros for a total of 84 projects in the summer of 2025. This represents another important step towards strengthening social cohesion in the region. A particular focus is on social initiatives, which account for over two thirds of the funded projects. This includes, among other things, support of 70,000 euros for the renovation of the Salzgitter-Tafel premises and 26,400 euros for the modernization of the hospice initiative's IT and website. The allotment garden associations are also happy about a generous donation: around 340,000 euros will be made available for the purchase of equipment, renovations and renovations. In addition, three fire departments and the DLRG will receive a total of 46,000 euros for modern media and operational equipment.

Particularly important projects

The highest grant of 152,400 euros goes to the Schäferstuhl air sports community.
