SV Todesfelde loses a test game, but coach praises gaming experience!

Kiel, Deutschland - The SV Todesfelde completed a first “taster course” in preparation for the new season last Saturday. The players competed against TuS Dasendorf in the first test game, and even if there was a 1-2 in Grossensee in the end, coach Dirk Hellmann can take positive aspects with them. Despite the narrow defeat, he emphasizes that the team showed an "aggressive attack pressing" that was quite effective in the initial phase. Today is July 6, 2025 and the team has only a few training sessions, which gives the coach hope for an exciting potential.

The TuS Dasendorf is known in the Oberliga Hamburg and has secured the championship title seven times since 2014, but without currently having ambitions to promote the fourth division. In the 20th minute, Johann von Knebel made it 1-0 of the hosts after a successful counterattack surprised SV Todesfelde. In the 36th minute, Martin Harnik's fire continued to work with the second goal for Dassendorf after a bad pass from Okan Özüdemiz had tightened the situation. Hellmann was optimistic despite the leadership of the opponents and praised the fitness and commitment of his troops.
