The event “Rad am Haff” was held for the seventh time in the picturesque surroundings of the lagoon on June 21, 2025. Over a hundred enthusiastic cyclists, exactly 115 in number, followed the call to measure their strength on two different routes. The campaign started at 10 a.m. in Mönkebude, where the starting shot was given and the participants started their races. Nordkurier reports that the route from Mönkebude to Ahlbeck and further to Luckow to Vogelsang led.

The participants had the choice between a 75-kilometer route that led back to Mönkebude via Ahlbeck, or a challenging 95-kilometer route, where they could even go to Altwarp. The sprint rating between Hintersee and Ahlbeck was a special challenge, which the cyclists could be happy about. The event not only attracted athletes, but also encouraged the local community to participate. In the evening, the "Rock Project Torgelow" rocked on stage and gave the summer festival an additional swing. Organizer Christoph Bade, who was satisfied with the course of the event, praised the atmosphere and cohesion between the participants and the local residents. Nordkurier reported that the festival also offered the residents a great opportunity to experience the cyclists and their passion.

During the race, the athletes measured over ten kilometers in the sprint rating. Tim Pomorin won the victory, followed by Marcel Kingel and Daniel Korth, who also performed impressive. Nordkurier emphasizes that such rivalries make the event special and promote the enthusiasm for cycling in the region.
