Diana Brückner, a 60-year-old woman from Königslutter, ventured on an impressive bike ride of 520 kilometers to collect donations for the ASB-Wünschewagen Niedersachsen. Their journey took them from Königslutter to Gütersloh and back, all without having much experience with long bike tours. Diana had prepared thoroughly in advance by checking navigation devices and repairing her e-bike. She was guided by a strong desire: to remember and support, especially after the loss of her sister at just 67 years old.

Instead, she accompanied ASB flyers and the cute plush toy “Wünschi” while she talked to many passers-by about the positive goals of the wish car.

After a dedicated trip, Diana can proudly announce that she has collected a total of 1,441.39 euros. “It far exceeded my expectations,” she says happily, emphasizing how much the tour taught her about her own strengths and how to deal with difficult situations.
