But the Bovenders also have their own challenges, as coach Yannick Broscheit is not on the bench due to a suspension, with Daniel Vollbrecht taking on responsibility instead. However, he is optimistic: “We have to solve this task seriously and with concentration,” he explains.
The BSV's tactical orientation is to dominate the game and patiently look for opportunities. “That means a lot of possession of the ball and consistently exploiting opportunities,” emphasizes Broscheit. It remains to be seen whether Sülbeck has the opportunity to surprise the favored Bovender.
Personnel situation – a look at the teams
On Sülbeck/Immensen's side there is light and shadow. Denis Behrens is fit again and is available. However, it remains uncertain whether players like Linus Macke, Lars Breitenstein and Maximilian Meyer will be able to take part. The goalkeeping question is also open: Jan-Niklas Blum or Niklas Durau – who will be between the posts? These personnel imponderables could have a decisive influence on the result.
On the other hand, the return of Dilsad Kaplan, Benjamin Greib and Dennis Falinski at Bovenden is seen as a positive aspect. Despite some absences due to vacation and injuries, Vollbrecht has confidence in the depth of his squad and the strength of his team. “The form on the day will be crucial,” said the coach.
